This course provides a comprehensive and experiential introduction to Integral Yoga, including its subtle dimensions, and outlines how it differs from other yogic traditions. It offers a structured blend of theory and practical techniques aimed at deepening self-awareness and holistic transformation. Participants will explore the energy mechanisms of Integral Yoga, learning to sense their surroundings, access inner guidance, and embody a state of calm, confidence, and egoless presence. A key focus is placed on connecting with the higher self and invoking the Divine Mother’s light through sacred mantras. The program also covers an in-depth study of the chakras, using elemental mantras for activation and balance, and includes specific mantras for relaxation, cleansing, and the awakening of the five elements within the body.

The curriculum continues with an exploration of the four human bodies and purification practices that can be applied both with and without asanas. Participants are introduced to the Nadis (energy channels) and Pranas, particularly the five primary pranic forces—Apana, Samana, Maha, Udana, and Vyana—and cleansing techniques to harmonize them. The course also guides students through the powerful practices of Bandhas—including Moola Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha, Jalandhara Bandha, and Maha Bandha—and introduces the three Granthis, the energetic knots that block spiritual progress. These are explored in relation to liberation and are addressed through specific techniques involving bandhas, mantras, and meditation.

Finally, the practice of Yoga Nidra is introduced as a tool for deep inner relaxation and integration. Notably, each theoretical concept is translated into a practical technique, and every module culminates in a 60-minute yoga sequence, ensuring a fully embodied experience where learning moves from understanding to personal transformation.
